    Sterly Oy’s Board of Directors decided to arrange its first directed share issue in February 2022. The size of the share issue will be EUR 500,000 and the minimum investment EUR 25,000. The share issue is primarily aimed at angel investors familiar with international business, information technology, cryptocurrencies or the fintech industry. The exact details of the share issue will be published at the turn of the year.

    Sterly Oy is one of the first Finnish consulting companies to start accepting cryptocurrencies as a means of payment. In the future, our service can be paid in Bitcoin and Ethereum currencies. Sterly Oy invoiced its first invoice in Bitcoins on October 14, 2021.

In Sterly Oy’s model, the customer arranges the share issue himself, but Sterly Oy brings the customer all the necessary tools and expertise for the success of the share issue.     Clewat Oy raised almost EUR 500,000 more share capital through a share issue carried out by Sterly Oy. Clewat Oy is a Finnish technology company specializing in the cleaning of seas and other water bodies.

    Sterly Oy acquired the aktsetori.net service from AJ Sijoitus Oy. The stock market is focused on the secondary market trading of unlisted shares. All shares in the form of shares can be sold on the trading venue, be it a golf share, a telephone share or a share of a limited liability company engaged in a traditional business. The stock market will be opened to the public in autumn 2021 at www.osaketori.net.

We started 2019. The original idea was to combine Antti’s background of Finance with Emil’s background in IT to create a consultancy which would combine both into becoming a toolkit for entrepreneurs.

Then at the start of the Covid pandemic, we had to quickly adapt to a changing environment. 

Our first objective was to utilize our financial expertise to help as many companies as possible to acquire the funds they needed. We signed over 500 customers within the first 6 months of 2020. Our unique concept enabled us to not only acquire the funds for our customers but to also then fulfill their grant related projects. 

And later that year we expanded our offering to help companies attract investors, Yepzon was our first customer case where their share issue resulted in around 1.3 million euro. 

We have since then continued to improve our offering and worked with companies from Greentech, IoT to Restaurants both domestically and internationally, and we are now launching a new marketplace Osaketori.net. The goal of this platform is to increase the liquidity of non-listed shares, further lowering the bar for Finnish investing. 

And by serving entrepreneurs and investors at the same time we’re creating synergies through cross sales. 

We are continuing focusing on IT and Finance, and we’re now setting up our subsidiary White Bear Oy which focuses on Blockchain, Crypto, NFTs and other innovative fintech solutions with our own inhouse blockchain team.

Antti Parviainen Chairman of the board

Antti is a board professional and has extensive experience in various financial expert and management positions. Antti has worked as an investment bank professional in derivatives department, and he headed Nordea bank’s investment unit for over 10 years. He has also experience in starting new businesses like financial service company Innovestor Ltd. and consulting company Sterly Ltd. Antti has served as a board member and chairman of companies in various industries e.g. finance, construction, retail and IT. Antti has written several books in the field of finance and investing.

Emil Östlin CEO, Board Member

Emil is a lifelong entrepreneur focused within IT, his original start was within web development but later went into Systems Design in the game industry, throughout his entire career Emil has been involved in startups and is used to taking on multiple roles and working in a very dynamic environment.

Pasi Moisio Advisor, Board Member

Pasi has 20+ years of experience in the Nordic IT industry. Previously at IBM in different management and sales positions, focusing on the business development of the IBM ecosystem. Prior to that Pasi was co-founder and managing director of two Finnish IT start-ups that were later acquired by large international companies. Pasi has an extensive network of IT professionals throughout Europe. Sterly’s board member since September 2021.

Tuukka has a long history of working with startups, his main expertise has been within management and business development, his expertise within tech and business is very wide and brings a huge amount of drive and structure to the Sterly team.
